We offer a range of scones, preserves and drink options to make your gift unique. If you happen to have a specific custom enquiry that you believe we could help with then please contact us on

All of our fresh locally sourced ingredients are prepared and packaged with love and care in our 5* hygiene rated preparation facility in York’s historic Shambles.

Each scone is baked fresh in the morning and posted the same day for next day delivery to ensure the highest level of freshness. Scones retain their freshness for up to 5 days after baking.

Packaging

All of our packaging is fully recyclable and biodegradable. We only use fully recyclable cardboard that is FSC certified with vegetable based inks and standard water based PVA glue.

Your Basket

When making your choices on our website you can add our products, make changes to your choices and quantities and also remove items should you wish.

We cannot guarantee stock levels for items that are left remaining in your basket and occasionally it may be necessary to make a replacement of a similar item. We will send cart notifications if you
haven’t ordered an item left in your basket.

Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver your package on the day requested if a specific day has been requested, for a special event.

Returns & Refunds

You must advise Crumb The Revolution within 24 hours of delivery if there is any problem with your delivered order.

Please do not return the delivery until advised to do so. Crumb The Revolution will organise a courier to collect the goods if required, so that they can be inspected, Crumb The Revolution will endeavour to resolve your concerns without delay.

Returns of perishable items ie the scones, are normally only accepted if the goods are found to be damaged before delivery to you.

If Crumb The Revolution accepts the return then you should be able to receive a full refund.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order you have made via our website then please contact Crumb The Revolution immediately.

Crumb The Revolution may not on occasions be able to accept cancellation of orders for perishable items (such as scones) if the requested despatch date is close to the day we receive the order,
Scones are made fresh on the day of despatch. If Crumb The Revolution accepts the cancellation of your order, and you have already paid for the goods, you should receive a full refund.

Order Notifications

Once you have completed your order we will send an automated email notification confirming the order details, an order number and your delivery option.

If you don’t receive an order confirmation then please check that the email hasn’t been directed into your spam folder, if in any doubt then please contact us as soon as possible.

Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order has been processed and have been despatched from our bakery then we will send you an order update email which will include your order number and its’ status. Order dispatch
confirmations will be sent to the email address you provided us when you placed your order.

Delivery updates

Where possible we will send your order using a courier service to deliver your order. Our delivery partner will send you a tracking link for your item and an expected delivery date. The number of
messages you receive will vary depending on which carrier partner has been selected.
